Therapy for Adults

I understand that most people don’t want to feel alone in the world and that relationships can feel like hard work.  My focus with adults is on understanding where they get stuck when life hits.  My approach to therapy is psychodynamic – which means I help my clients understand how their past experiences influence their ways of being and feeling.  I am an experienced listener with a mind for helping people feel heard and understood.  Once we come to make sense out of something, it is easier to move forward, to experience joy, and to feel more comfortable in your own life.
